Staj komisyonu tarafından yapılan değerlendirmeler neticesinde, staj defteri için "Düzeltme" kararı verilen öğrencilere AYBUZEM üzerinden bilgilendirme mesajı gönderilmiştir. İlgili öğrencilerimiz, staj defterlerini 22 Aralık Pazartesi gününden itibaren Bölüm Sekreterliği'nden teslim alabilecek olup, gerekli düzeltmeleri tamamlayarak defterlerini en geç 26 Aralık Cuma günü mesai bitimine kadar tekrar Bölüm Sekreterliği'ne teslim etmelidirler.
Bununla birlikte, staj yapan tüm öğrencilerin staj bilgilerini 26 Aralık tarihine kadar Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi’ne (OBS) girmeleri zorunludur. Belirtilen tarihe kadar OBS üzerinden veri girişini tamamlamayan öğrencilerin staj notlarının sonuçlandırılmayacağı önemle duyurulur.
Following the evaluations conducted by the internship committee, students whose internship logs were deemed to require “corrections” have been notified via AYBUZEM. The students concerned can collect their internship notebooks from the Department Secretariat starting Monday, December 22, and must complete the necessary corrections and return their notebooks to the Department Secretariat by the end of working hours on Friday, December 26, at the latest.
In addition, all students who completed an internship are required to enter their internship information into the Student Information System (OBS) by December 26. It is strongly emphasized that the internship grades of students who do not complete data entry via OBS by the specified date will not be finalized.
