Deprem bölgesinde olmayan ve geçerli başka bir nedenle yüz yüze eğitime katılamayacak olanlar dilekçe yazmalıdır. Dilekçede gerekli tüm bilgileri belirterek, dilekçenin taranmış halini e-posta ile Murat Özen'e göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Ayrıca, dilekçenin aslı Murat Özen'e postane kullanılarak posta yoluyla gönderilmelidir. Yurtla ilgili sorun yaşayanların da dilekçelerine yurdun adını ve iletişim telefonunu yazmaları gerekmektedir.
