The first phase of the Çubuk Traditional and Complementary Medicine Application and Research Center Construction Project, which was tendered on 05.11.2018 and whose contract with HG Yapı İnşaat Taahhüt - Osman KUTANOĞLU was signed on 29.11.2018 with a contract value of 935,553.00 TL, was provisionally accepted and taken over on 09.08.2019. Within the scope of the Çubuk Traditional and Complementary Medicine Application and Research Center 1st Stage Construction Project (Healthy Life and Chronic Diseases Treatment Center), the repair of a 21,000 m2 alternative medicine plant cultivation area, a 12,000 m2 leech cultivation area, and a 3,500 m2 closed area was completed, and the 2nd Stage construction work was initiated.
The tender for the 2nd Stage Construction Work of the Çubuk Traditional and Complementary Medicine Application and Research Center was held on 11.06.2020, with its budget covered by the Revolving Fund Management Directorate, and the contract was signed with the Contractor Tolgay Mimarlık.Müh. Müş. İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. – Halim ÇETİN Joint Venture on 30.06.2020. Within the scope of the work, landscaping, construction of camellias, production greenhouses, nylon greenhouses, construction of the winter garden, and various modifications were completed. The Provisional Acceptance of the said work was carried out on 02.12.2020.
