PARTICIPATION FEES

COMMENTS

The registration fees mentioned above are only for the symposium registration, accommodation and transportation expenses are not included as they are  participants' responsibility.

Services included in the on-site participation:

1. Symposium bag

2. Symposium documents (congress abstract book, congress program, notebook, ballpoint pen, etc.)

3. Tea, coffee and refreshments

4. Gala dinner.

NOTES

- The exact and final program will be finalized after the payment of the congress participation fee.

- Presentation language can be Turkish or English.

- Participants with more than two submissions will pay 50% of the participation fee for the third submission.

- Fees will be paid according to the title of the first author in the submissions. Participants who have papers/presentations will be given a "Certificate of Participation".

- The papers of the participants who do not present their papers will not be included in the presentation booklet.

- Participants who do not attend or cancel the symposium cannot claim any rights.

- The participation fee will be paid after the abstract is accepted. Deposited fees will not be refunded.

- Only the presenter (one person) will benefit from the services, including the symposium registration fee (for papers with more than one author).

- Members of the Organising Committee do not pay a participation fee.
