In line with the decisions taken about the Spring-Semester education processes in higher education institutions due to the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquake disaster on February 6, 2023 in our country, The 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring- Semester Finals and Make-up Exams will be held as stated below.
- As of May, the method to be applied in the exams of the courses (face-to-face, online, homework, project, etc.), which are applied face-to-face in associate degree program, undergraduate program and post-graduate programs, will be decided by the relevant Institute / Faculty / Conservatory / Vocational School boards.
- Exams will be held face to face in the 4th, 5th and 6th grades of the Faculty of Medicine.
- Exams will be held face to face in the 4th and 5th grades of the Faculty of Dentistry.
- Except for the mentioned above program/courses, exams in all programs and foreign language preparatory classes will be held via AYBUZEM.
- In evaluations to be made online on the basis of the principle of transparency and auditability; applications such as open-ended or multiple-choice online exams, homeworks, presentations, projects, Learning Management System(Öğrenme Yönetim Sistemi) activities, and LMS(ÖYS) application/usage analytics can be used.
- The details of the exams will be announced to our students by our academic units.
