The conference titled “Physical, Insurance, and Legal Measures in Industrial Fires,” organized by the Konya Branch of the Anatolian Lions Businessmen Association (ASKON), featured Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University lecturer Yılmaz Nikbay as a speaker.
In his presentation, Nikbay highlighted the importance of structural and technical measures, emergency planning, and staff training to improve fire safety in industrial facilities. He also raised awareness about insurance processes and legal responsibilities to help businesses reduce financial losses after a fire.
The conference was attended by industry representatives, businesspeople, and academics.
