Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University School of Social Sciences Vocational School organized an in-service training to prevent potential problems that academic staff may encounter when using the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) and to increase the effectiveness of the system.
The training took place on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. The program was moderated by College Secretary Aysen Erdoğan, while our University Deputy Secretary General Ahmet Harman served as the trainer. During the training, academic staff were informed about the technical operation of EBYS, important points to consider in correspondence processes, document security, and solutions to problems that may arise in the system. We would like to thank our academic staff for their interest in the program and Ahmet Harman for his efforts.
