Students in the second year of the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University's School of Social Sciences organized a technical visit to the Firefighting Unit at Esenboğa Airport. During the event, supervised by Department Head Lecturer Yasin Tahir Karaca, students had the opportunity to examine the advanced firefighting vehicles and equipment used at the airport. Participants also received technical information from unit personnel on aircraft firefighting, aircraft rescue operations, and emergency management. This event enabled students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical application and enhance their professional experience.
