► Kayıt hakkı kazanan tüm öğrencilerin 07-11 Ağustos 2023 tarihleri arasında Milli İrade Binası - Ayvalı Mah. Gazze Cad. No: 7 AZ 01 numaralı ofiste kayıt için gerekli tüm belgeler ile birlikte hazır olmaları gerekmektedir.
Admitted students must provide all the documents required for registration between 07-11 August 2023 to the student affairs office at Ayvalı Mah. Gazze Cad. No: 7 Milli İrade Binası room numbered AZ 01 Etlik / Keçiören.
► Öğrencilerin, kayıt işlemlerinin tamamlanabilmesi için HALKBANK şubelerinden 2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Dönemi ücretlerini Kabul Mektubunda yer alan öğrenci numaralarına ödemeleri gerekmektedir.
Students must pay the 2023-2024 Fall Term education tuition fee to HALKBANK with their student number to complete their registration.
► Özel Yetenek Sınavı ile öğrenci alan programlara kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrenciler özel yetenek sınavı duyurusu için ilgili fakülte/konservatuvar sayfasını takip etmeleri gerekmektedir;
Students who are entitled to enroll in programs that accept students with the Special Talent Exam must follow the relevant faculty/conservatory page for the special talent exam announcement;

► Öğrencilerin, kesin kayıt işlemlerinin tamamlanabilmesi için HALKBANK şubelerinden 2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Dönemi ücretlerini öğrenci numaralarına ödemeleri gerekmektedir. Kabul mektuplarında "C.K 3/5" yazan adaylar, normal öğrenim süresi ve hazırlık sınıfının ilk yılı süresince öğrenim ücreti ödemeyeceklerdir. Hazırlık tekrarı yapan ve normal öğrenim süresi içinde mezun olamayan öğrenciler, yerleştikleri yılın uluslararası öğrenci program ücretini ödeyeceklerdir.
Students must pay 2023-2024 Fall Term education tuition fee to HALKBANK with their student number to complete their registration. Students in whose letter of acceptance “C.K 3/5” is written are not expected to pay their education fee in the normal period of their program and the first year of their Prep Classes. Those who repeat the prep class and extend their period of study will pay the education tuition fee of the year they have registered.
► Başvuru Tipi Suriye Uyruklu olarak kayıt hakkı kazananların Geçici Koruma Kimlik Belgelerini ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir.
Candidates with Syrian nationality who are entitled to register are required to present their Identity Document For Temporary Protection.
► Lise Eğitimini Yurtdışında Bitiren TC Vatandaşları Kontenjanından kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerin ülkemize giriş-çıkış belgesini ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. (turkiye.gov.tr adresinden E-Devlet şifresi ile temin edilebilir.)
Students who are entitled to register in the Quota for Turkish Citizens who received High School Education Abroad, must present their entry-exit document to our country. (It can be obtained from turkiye.gov.tr with an E-Government password.)
► SAT sınavı ile başvuru yapıp kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerin sınavlarının doğrulanabilmesi için admission@aybu.edu.tr adresine Collage Board kullanıcı adı ve şifrelerini kayıt tarihlerinden önce göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Kullanıcı adı ve şifrelerini göndermek istemeyen adayların doğrulamaları kayıt sırasında mutlaka yapılacaktır. Doğrulama zaman alacağından beklemek istemeyen adayların bilgilerini belirtilen adrese göndermeleri tavsiye edilir. Öğrencilerin kullanıcı adları ve şifrelerini bilerek gelmeleri gerekmektedir.
Students who have applied with their SAT scores must send their Collage Board Username and password to admisson@aybu.edu.tr before registration dates for verification of their scores. Those who do not want to share their username and password must come with their valid username and password for verification in the Office. Verification may take time before registration therefore, sending username and password to the related mail address before the registration date is advised.
► Vize gecikmelerinden veya başka sebeplerden Türkiye’ye giriş yapamayan adayların yerine vekalet ile başka biri kayıt işlemlerini yapabilir.
Those who will not be able to come to Turkey on registration days due to some excuses must give power of attorney to somebody else to complete their registrations.
► Öğrencilerin denklik için başvuru yaptıklarına dair belge getirmeleri gerekmektedir. Denklik Belgesi edinme süreci zaman aldığından öğrencilerin Denklik Belgelerini 31 Ekim 2023 tarihine kadar getirmeleri gerekmektedir. 31 Ekim 2023 ’ye kadar belge getirmeyen adayların kayıtları iptal edilecektir.
The applicants who do not have the High School Equıvalence Document from the Turkish Ministry of Education, are expected to apply Ministry of Education in Beşevler to get the document before coming to registration. They will provide you with the application document which will be enough for registration in the first phase. Later on, these students are expected to submit their High School Equıvalence Document by 31 October 2023 otherwise their registrations will be cancelled.
