ARCH114 | Workshop – Brick’ed: Furniture Design & Construction
The BRICK’ed Workshop combines furniture design and production using brick as the primary material. In this application-based workshop, students take an active role in both the design and construction processes, with the final implementation taking place on the university campus.
The selection of design proposals has been carried out with the contributions of AYBU Faculty of Architecture members, in collaboration with and sponsored by Işıklar Tuğla.
We extend our sincere gratitude, particularly to our dean, Prof. Dr. İhsan Toktaş, and vice deans, Assist. Prof. Dr. Taner Aşçı and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Emre Dinçer, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Bahadır Çalışkan, as well as to İzzet Özdemir, Tuğba Budak and Muhammed Baygeldi from Işıklar Tuğla.
