NOTICE OF SELECTION FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF 8 POSITIONS for the INTERUNIVERSITY COURSE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS “MED-ASA MEDITERRANEAN ADVANCED SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE” in collaboration with the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria within the framework of the transnational project TNE 23-00011, CUP E41I24000240006
This call is for applications for the vacancy to spend two months (at least) in the University of Reggio Calabria, Italy, as part of the preparation for your graduation project or Master thesis.
Duration of the mobility: At Least Two months period between 01- December 2025 and 30-March 2026
Who can Apply:
1- Students who are graduating this Fall semester of the academic year 2025-2026,
2- Students who can take graduation their project in Spring semester of the academic year 2025-2026
3- Master students who finished their courses, and already registered and working on their thesis.
4- Master students who will register their thesis in Spring Semester.
Scholarship:
The Hosting university through a professional agency will process and cover all the costs of Visa, Accommodation, insurance and travel costs from and to Turkiye for 8 students.
Notice that the cost of living (food, shopping…etc) are not covered in the scholarship (There is No pocket money paid directly to the student)
Evaluation Criteria: The applications will be assessed on the following criteria, for a maximum total of 50 points:
• Academic GPA (Max 15 points)
• Motivational Letter (Max 10 points)
• Oral Interview (Max 15 points)
• English Language Proficiency (Max 10 points)
• In accordance with Article 7 of the call, 2 additional points will be awarded to candidates identifying as female.

3- Up to date Transcript record shows your GPA and your eligibility.
4- Portfolio of applicants work.
5- English Exam Certificate, not older than two years, YDS, Yokdil, TOEFL. PTE, and the Erasmus English exam at AYBU are accepted. (Knowledge of Italian gives extra points)
6- Copy of your passport.
