The Department of Architecture would like to remind you that if you want to use the studios after the courses in the evening/night, you have to write your name on the list in the faculty secretariat room before 17.00. The list will be hung on the door. Writing your name once does grant you access only for the following evening/night. You need to write your name for your every individual stay.
This is a security protocol for your own safety. If you do not follow the protocol (i.e., if your name is not on the list and you stay in the evening/night), the security staff will have to ask you to leave the campus. So please take it seriously.
Only the studios are allowed to be used during the evening/night. Classrooms, meeting rooms, staff rooms, or social areas are strictly forbidden. Moreover, you are expected to dispose any kind of waste and leave the desk/area you have used clean. Failure to follow these rules would result in the cancellation of your right to use the studios during the evening/night or cancellation of the right for everyone altogether. So please behave responsibly.
There will be two lists on Friday. One is for the Friday evening/night and the Saturday; the other is for the Saturday evening/night and the Sunday. If you plan the use the studios for two days, you can write your name on both lists. Note that weekend lists are not only for the night but also for the daytime.
