In accordance with the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate and Undergraduate Education-Training Regulations, the application process and exam schedule for the Graduation Three-Course Exam at the end of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester are as follows:
Exam Schedule and Application Process
- Application Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026 (Until the end of business hours).
- Exam Dates: February 4 - 5 - 6, 2026.
- Application Location: To the relevant unit where the student is enrolled (Faculty Deanships or Vocational School Directorates).
- Application Method: Applications must be submitted to the relevant unit using the "Graduation Three-Course Exam Application Form".
Eligibility Criteria
In accordance with Article 20/7 of the relevant regulations, the right to take the exam is granted under the following conditions:
- Number of Courses: Students must have successfully completed all other courses of their registered program except for a maximum of three courses (excluding internships and vocational training in business).
- Academic Standing: The student's CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) must be 2.00 or higher.
- Scope: This exam right is granted only once until the beginning of the following semester/year for a maximum of three failed courses that contribute to the CGPA.

Note: This exam right is granted only once to students who meet the specified requirements within the framework of the regulation provisions. To avoid any grievances, students are kindly requested to complete their applications to the relevant units by the specified application deadline.
