REGISTRATION FEE
- The registration fee for participants is ₺3.000 / 60€.
- The social program participation fee will be announced later; payment for participation in the social program can also be made at the registration desk.
- For an accepted paper to be published in the InnoSciTech'26 Proceedings, at least one of the authors must register.
- If an author is presenting more than one paper, they can register by paying the specified registration fee for each additional paper.
- After registering a paper, if the presenter is unable to attend, one of the other authors may attend the conference and present.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing (email) to the Conference Secretary: innoscitech@aybu.edu.tr. Cancellations will not be considered valid until confirmation is received.
- Cancellation made 60 days before the conference: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 30 days before the conference: 50% of registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 30 days of the conference: No refund.
- Refund policy does not apply if cancellation is due to force majeure conditions.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and venue of the conference due to force majeure.

Please transfer the conference fee to one of the bank accounts below. After completing the payment, send your payment receipt (dekont) to innoscitech@aybu.edu.tr. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail after the payment is verified.
