Call for Submissions
 

You can submit a poster, an abstract, or a full paper to InnoSciTech’26. All submissions are handled through our CMT portal.

Quick Facts

  • Submission types: Poster, Abstract (1 page), Full Paper.
  • Submissions must be in Word. 
  • Double‑blind review for papers; posters and abstracts are reviewed for fit and clarity.
  • Partner journals: submit using that journal’s format if you want fast‑track consideration.
 

Templates and Author Guidelines

Abstract Template

1 page, single column. Include title, authors, affiliations, keywords, and a concise description of aims, methods, results, and significance.

Full Paper Template

6–10 pages including references. Use the provided Word template. Ensure figures are 300 dpi and cite datasets/code repositories where applicable.

Poster Rules (A1)

  • An abstract must be uploaded to the system when applying for poster submission.
  • Size: A1 portrait accepted.
  • Include title, authors, affiliations, keywords, and a concise description of aims, methods, results, and significance.
  • Export at 300 dpi.
  • Posters must be printed by the participant.

Partner Journals (Optional Fast‑Track)

If you would like to have your work published in one of our partner journals after the conference, you must edit it according to the relevant journal's spelling rules and upload it to the journal's system, then contact us at innoscitech@aybu.edu.tr and let us know. The Program Committee may recommend selected works for fast‑track review after the conference.
