A “Training Course on Combating Addiction” was held for students on the Nursing Programme.

The Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, organised an online ‘Training on Combating Addiction’ for students on 13 October 2026 between 12:00 and 13:00. The training session, featuring Prof. Dr Birgül Özkan as the speaker, aimed to raise awareness about combating addiction and to enhance students’ knowledge of the subject. A total of 183 students took part in the session. The session concluded with the questions of the Nursing Department students who attended being answered and their views and assessments on the subject being gathered.
