- Download: Download the document titled "PHYS103 Course Rules Report Preparation Guidelines and Student Acknowledgement" from AYBUZEM course announcements and carefully read it.
- Print: Print out the form (Printing double-sided on a single sheet is permitted).
- Sign: Sign the "Student Acknowledgement" section located at the end of the document.
- Bring: Bring your signed form to the Laboratory Orientation on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 13:30.
