Wireless Communications and Networking Conference

Dr. Metin Öztürk, one of the faculty members of our department, attended the IEEE WCNC (Wireless Communications and Networking Conference), one of the leading conferences of the IEEE Communications Society held in Milan, Italy this year and attended by important researchers in the field of telecommunications from all over the world, to present his article titled "Multi-Layer Network Formation Through HAPS Base Station and Transmissive RIS-Equipped UAV" and to moderate the "Federated Learning II" session.
