PREPARATORY COURSES for FLT-HEIFLT (ENGLISH)
It is a course program that will be carried out to improve grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension skills by answering and evaluating exam questions and focusing on exam strategies to be prepared for Foreign Language Test (FLT)/ Higher Education Institutions Foreign Language Test (HEIFLT). You should have got or will be able to get at least 35 points out of a maximum of 100 points from FLE-HEIFLT in order to take part in our courses.
FLT - HEIFLT INTENSIVE PROGRAMME (ENGLISH)
It is an intensified and accelerated exam question evaluation programme, in which the most effective exam strategies and techniques for answering the exam questions will be offered for those studying for the FLT/HEIFLT in the pre-examination period. How each exam section should be solved in a quicker and in most accurate way, will be explained by answering the pre-conducted test questions. Date of the intensive programme has been determined as the previous week of the HEIFLT exam.
IELTS COURSE FOR ACADEMIC VERSION
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most popular English language proficiency test, applied worldwide in order to test and determine English language proficiency of those who are eager to study or work in the English-speaking environments. Our course aims to improve reading, listening, writing and speaking skills, evaluated in IELTS. The course programme focuses on the required strategies and useful tips for the test and includes sample applications directly intended for the test. You should have a minimum language level of B1 in order to take part in our courses.
ACADEMIC WRITING IN ENGLISH
In this course, designed for academicians and for those to follow the same path, while academic writing skills will be worked on in general, effective article / final report / thesis writing will be studied in particular. It will be ensured that appropriate and effective academic texts are created by going over the vocabulary and grammar subjects required for academic writing. Course attendees will be awarded a certificate based on their performance in the courses.
ACADEMIC SPOKEN ENGLISH
In this course, designed for academicians and for those to follow the same path, while academic speaking skills will be worked on in general, effective rhetoric / presentation / debating subjects will be studied in particular. Appropriate and effective academic rhetoric/ presentation / debating skills will be gained and taught by going over the vocabulary and grammar subjects required for academic spoken English. Course attendees will be awarded a certificate based on their performance in the courses.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSES (GENERAL ENGLISH)
Courses are designed for the currently offered languages. This programme is based on four language skill areas (reading, listening, writing and speaking). A1, A2 (Face-to-face) and B1 level courses are planned to be offered. Course attendees will be awarded a certificate based on their performance in the courses.
