Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
Erasmus+ Öğrenim Hareketliliği 2021-2022 Bahar Dönemi ön değerlendirme sonuçları 25.10.2021 tarihinde Koordinatörlüğümüz web sayfasında ilan edilmiş ve başvuran adaylara feragat etme, hibesiz başvuru ve sonuçlara itiraz etme hakkı tanınmıştı. Bu süreçte yapılan itiraz, feragat ve hibesiz öğrenci başvuruları AYBÜ Erasmus+ Komitesi tarafından değerlendirilmiş olup nihai değerlendirme sonuç listesine aşağıdaki bağlantıdan ulaşabilirsiniz.
Kontenjanlar Erasmus+ kuralları, mevcut anlaşma ve bölüm sayıları ve başvuru ilanı metnine riayet ederek, öncelikle fakülteler bazında akabinde ise ilgili fakültelerin farklı bölümleri arasında en yüksek puanlı öğrencilerin hibelendirilmesi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Nominasyon (Aday Gösterme) Süreci:
Nominasyon, öğrencilerin yurt dışında öğrenim görmek üzere yerleştikleri üniversiteye AYBÜ Dış İlişkiler Koordinatörlüğü tarafından resmi olarak bildirilmesi sürecidir. Bu doğrultuda, sonuç açıklama listesinde Erasmus+ öğrencisi olarak seçilmiş olan hibeli ve hibesiz Erasmus+ öğrencileri tercih listelerinde öncelikle 1. sırada yer alan üniversiteye aday öğrenci olarak gösterilirler. Ancak anlaşmalı üniversiteler tarafından uygulanan kontenjan sınırlaması, akademik takvimin uyuşmaması ve benzeri kurallar nedeniyle, öğrenciler tercih listelerinde yer alan diğer üniversitelere yerleştirilebilirler.
Bir öğrenci, tercih listesinde yer alan üniversitelere kontenjan sınırlaması veya yukarıda belirtildiği gibi anlaşmalı üniversiteler tarafından uygulanan farklı kurallar gereği yerleştirilmez ise ve aday gösterilebileceği herhangi bir üniversite bulunmuyor ise öğrenci faaliyetten yararlanamaz. Ancak, öğrenci gelecekteki Erasmus+ başvurularında -10 puan uygulamasına tabi tutulmaz.
Hibesiz öğrencilerin yerleştirilmesi, hibeli öğrenciler yerleştirildikten sonra gerçekleşecektir.
Sonuç olarak bir kez daha hatırlatmak isteriz ki, hibeli ve hibesiz nihai aday öğrencilerin yerleştirme sonuçları ilgili üniversitelere yapılacak olan aday gösterme/başvuru süreçlerinin tamamlanmasıyla kesinlik kazanacaktır. Hak kazanan öğrencilere bundan sonra tamamlamaları gereken işlemler ve hazırlamaları gereken belgeler düzenlenecek Oryantasyon Toplantısı’nda anlatılacaktır. Toplantının günü, saat ve yeri web sitemizde ilan edilecektir.

Dear Students,
The preliminary results for the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies 2021-2022 were announced on the official website of AYBU International Relations Office on 25.10.2021 and students were given the right to object to the results, to waive their rights and apply for the mobility without grants as zero-granted students.
Objection, waiver and zero-granted petitions sent during the given period have been evaluated by the AYBU Erasmus committee and the results can be accessed from the link below.
The quota distribution has been made according to the Erasmus rules. Nevertheless, the eligible student on the list should not forget that their status remains as eligible Erasmus candidate until the nomination procedures are completed and the Erasmus candidate is acceptance by the Partner university.
About the Nomination Procedures:
Students (granted and zero-granted), who are listed in the final results list as eligible Erasmus candidates are nominated to the first universities in their university preference lists. With the nomination procedure the first selected in the university preference lists universities are being officially informed about the selected AYBU Erasmus students.
Due to Partner University quota restrictions and any other restrictions introduced by the Partner Universities, the AYBU Erasmus student candidates can be nominated to the next in line universities in their university preference lists. Only if the nomination of a student to the preferred by the student university is not possible, the student will be further contacted and if applicable introduced with a different university option for the nomination.
If the nomination of the student to the preferred by the student university/universities is not possible due to quota restrictions and/or any other restrictions and there is not an available university option for further nomination, the selected student candidate cannot participate in the mobility, but will not be subject to minus 10 points in her/his next Erasmus+ application.
The nomination of the zero-granted student candidates takes place after the nomination of the granted student candidates.
To conclude, students should be reminded that there are three major steps that lead to the students’ participation in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies program. The selected in the Results list students should be nominated to the preferred Partner universities in line with the Erasmus rules and nomination deadlines; and only after they are accepted by the Partner universities, they get the right to participate in the mobility.
Detailed information about the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies procedures and regulations will be shared in the Orientation meeting which will be held in the coming days. Information about the day, time and place of the meeting will be shared on our website.
