Students from Etlik Girls' Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School organized a visit to our faculty on April 7, 2026.
With the aim of helping high school students gain awareness of their areas of interest and familiarize themselves with the university environment, a visit to our faculty was organized by students from the Etlik Girls’ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School under the Ministry of National Education on April 7, 2026. As part of the visit, organized in collaboration between Etlik Girls’ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and our university, the students attended the “Developmental Support Programs in School and Adolescence” course in the Department of Child Development. They also participated in interactive meet-and-greet activities with our university students and group work sessions as part of the course, gaining the opportunity to closely experience our faculty’s innovative teaching processes. Our faculty’s administrative staff, Enes BOLAT and Ekin KELLECİ, provided information about our university, our faculty, and all departments within our faculty. The visiting students toured the library and dining hall, as well as indoor sports facilities such as darts and table tennis. They also learned about zero-waste initiatives and tree-planting projects and visited important locations such as the free drinking water station provided for our university students. Additionally, a gift raffle was held as part of the course, and the visiting students were presented with notebooks bearing our university’s logo.
