Panel on Young Entrepreneurs and Empowered Women Held

The “Entrepreneurial Youth, Empowered Women” panel, hosted by Yunus Emre Girls’ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, was held with strong student participation. During the panel, female speakers specializing in various fields shared their professional experiences and career journeys with the students, making significant contributions to entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, and career awareness. Prof. Dr. Fatma Elif ERGİN, Head of the Child Development Department at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, served as a speaker at the panel; in her speech, drawing on her academic expertise in child development, she emphasized the importance of determination, self-awareness, and taking responsibility in individual development. In her speech, she particularly emphasized the decisive role of taking small steps and not being afraid to make mistakes in the journey toward success, especially for young people. During the question-and-answer session held as part of the panel, students had the opportunity to interact directly with the speakers; the event concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the participants. It is assessed that this event contributed to the career planning of young people and served as an important example within the context of university-school collaboration.
