Term-long works prepared by students of the Department of Architecture at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University's Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts, as part of the ARCHE304 course, are being presented to art lovers in the "Islamic Architectural Ornaments" exhibition. Curated by Cemile Feyzan Şimşek, Assistant Professor of Architecture at AYBU, the exhibition brings together the students' original works, which blend traditional aesthetic values with contemporary interpretations.
The opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Ulucanlar Semi-Open Prison Printing House Exhibition Hall. This three-day event will showcase how young artists from diverse cultural perspectives are reimagining the rich ornamental tradition of Islamic art.
We invite all art lovers, academics, and students to this special gathering.
