PREPARATORY CLASSES INFORMATION PROGRAM
A program was organized by the Department of Arabic Language and Rhetoric to give general information about Arabic education to the students who have just started the preparatory class in the 2022-2023 academic year. Professors working in the Department of Arabic Language and Rhetoric and preparatory class students attended the program. Assist. Prof. Tahsin YURTTAŞ, head of the Department of Arabic Language and Rhetoric, made the introduction and greeting speeches. Vice Dean Assoc. Dr. M.Mucahit ASUTAY gave information about the preparatory class education in our faculty, the scoring system, the courses to be taught and the percentiles of these courses. The instructors who teaches the preparatory school classes introduced themselves and the courses they give. Zahide TAŞ, a 4th year student of our faculty, talked about her Arabic education in our faculty and her Arabic experiences abroad. The program ended with the presentation of Assist Prof. Servet DEMİRBAŞ titled "The Importance of Arabic in Islamic Sciences".
