Objection process;

The appeals process regarding exam results is conducted according to the following principles:

1. Appeals against exam results must be submitted in writing to the School of Foreign Languages within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Appeals submitted after this period will not be processed.

2. Appeals will only be reviewed by the exam evaluation committee for material errors (missing documents, scoring errors, addition/transfer errors, erroneous grade entry, etc.). If a material error is found as a result of the appeal, the grade will be corrected and the student will be notified.

3. If no material error is found as a result of the review, the appeal will be rejected, and this decision is final. A second appeal will not be accepted for the same exam result unless a new and concrete reason (for example, a new claim of error based on documentation that has not been previously raised) is presented.

4. If the student believes that the decision to reject the first appeal was erroneous, they may apply in writing to the Directorate of the School of Foreign Languages within 5 days of the decision date, with a concrete claim of procedural or material error not included in the reason for rejection. A second appeal with the same reason cannot be made.

5. Appeals cannot be used to rescore the exam within the scope of academic discretion; they can only be directed at material/procedural errors.

These principles are determined within the framework of the relevant legislation and are binding on all our students.
