Dear Students,
Your AYBUZEM classes have been created. When you log in to your AYBUZEM account, you will be able to see that you have been added to four new classes. These classes are:
1. Orientation: It is very important that you read our title, General School Orientation, in this class where necessary information is given before starting school. Secondly, our Consent Form is in the same class. You must answer this form for your online courses.
2. Independent Learning Center (ILC): In this classroom where the digital contents of our Independent Learning Center are shared, synchronous workshops, speaking clubs and other social activities are held at regular intervals in addition to many materials aimed at improving language skills that are available to you asynchronously.
3. Learning Advisory Program (LAP): Our Learning Advisory Program, which we offered for the first time in Turkey, continues its activities to actively help you with the problems you have or may experience in learning a foreign language and to support you in drawing your own learning route. In this class, you can learn about our learning advisory program and participate in synchronous activities.
4. PERIOD 1 - **: This is your main class that you will use in the first period. In this class, your class teacher will share information about your synchronous lessons. You will also have access to quizzes, portfolio assignments and exercises for grammar/listening/reading/vocabulary in this class that you will be responsible for throughout the period.
If you are going to log into AYBUZEM for the first time;
- AYBUZEM accounts of the newly registered students for the 2021-2022 Academic Year have been created and the passwords of those who have a valid e-mail address in OBS have been sent to their e-mail address.
- Those who do not have a valid e-mail account;
Username: student number.
Password: AybuTURKISHIDNUMBERFIRST6DIGITS* (Example password: Aybu998765* ).
There is no change in the passwords of the accounts of our students registered in the past terms. Do not forget to keep your OBS and AYBUZEM profiles up to date.
- Students who forget their passwords can request a new password using their e-mail addresses or student numbers from the forgot password link on AYBUZEM.
Your class teacher will inform you about your synchronous lessons in your PERIOD 1 class as soon as possible.
You can understand the class you belong to from the name of your class “PERIOD 1 - **”. For example, if PERIOD 1 – B13 is written in your AYBUZEM account under “courses”, your class is B13.
CLICK HERE to access the course schedule and classroom information. The file has two tabs, one for morning classes, and another for afternoon classes. ASYNCH means the students will study by themselves; SYNCH means there will be an online lesson that day; and IN CLASS means the lessons will be done on Campus those days.
Lastly, your temperature will be measured and HES codes will be checked during the entrance to the campuses. Also, wearing masks is compulsory in the school building and during lessons.
