The Three-Course Graduation Exam will be conducted according to the schedule and rules outlined below:
Applications must be submitted to the relevant academic unit using the “Three-Course Graduation Exam Application Form” by the deadline indicated in the schedule.
Students who, except for up to three courses in their final semester/year (excluding internships or on-the-job training), have successfully completed all other courses according to the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate and Bachelor’s Degree Education Regulations, fulfilled all program requirements, and have a GPA of 2.00 or higher, are granted a one-time exam opportunity for up to three failed courses counted in the GPA by the beginning of the following semester/year. For the Faculty of Medicine, this period extends until the family medicine/internship period. The Faculty of Dentistry does not implement the three-course graduation exam.
Failed courses are those taken with attendance requirements met but not passed.
Courses with a DZ grade or not taken cannot be included in the three-course graduation exam.
Students who did not receive FF or FD in their final semester/year but whose GPA falls below 2.00 may take exams for up to three courses with DD, DC, or CC grades from the last two semesters/years. They use this exam right during the course registration week at the start of the following semester/year. No make-up exam is provided for students who do not attend.
Students who fail these exams must re-register and take the failed courses in the next available term.
Grades obtained in this exam are valid and will be recorded in the transcript.
The passing grade is CC.
We wish all students success in the exams.
