The objectives of the Center are as follows:
- * To contribute to the resolution of disputes, including those involving a foreign element, through arbitration, where the balance of interests protected by the legal order is disrupted; and to conduct scientific research, develop projects, and contribute to the adaptation of social understanding, the educational process, and the cultural structure within society to facilitate the development and implementation of arbitration.
- * To conduct scientific research, studies, applications, education and training, and documentation activities covering national and international, private and public law domains.
- * To collaborate with public and private, national and international organizations related to the Center's areas of activity.
- * To ensure that scientific research and studies are directed in line with the needs of practice and that the results of scientific research and studies are adopted in practice.
