Kayıt hakkı kazanan tüm öğrencilerin 28 Ağustos-6 Eylül tarihleri arasında Ayvalı Mah. Takdir Cad. 150. Sok. 15 Temmuz Şehitler Binası BZ 16 numaralı ofiste kayıt için gerekli tüm belgeler ve KABUL MEKTUPLARININ CIKTISI ile birlikte hazır olmaları gerekmektedir.
Öğrencilerin, kesin kayıt işlemlerinin tamamlanabilmesi için HALKBANK şubelerinden 2018-2019 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Dönemi ücretlerini (Yıllık Ücretin Yarısını) öğrenci numaralarına ödemeleri gerekmektedir.
SAT sınavı ile başvuru yapıp kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerin sınavlarının doğrulanabilmesi için admission@ybu.edu.tr adresine CollageBoard kullanıcı adı ve şifrelerini kayıt tarihlerinden önce göndermeleri gerekmektedir. Kullanıcı adı ve şifrelerini göndermek istemeyen adayların doğrulamaları kayıt sırasında mutlaka yapılacaktır. Doğrulama zaman alacağından beklemek istemeyen adayların bilgilerini belirtilen adrese göndermeleri tavsiye edilir. Öğrencilerin kullanıcı adları ve şifrelerini bilerek gelmeleri gerekmektedir.
Öğrenim Ücreti Kısmında “B.K.K 3/2” yazan adaylar normal öğrenim süresinde ve hazırlık sınıfının ilk yılında öğrenim ücreti ödemeyeceklerdir. Programının normal öğrenim süresini aşan ve hazırlık sınıfında ikinci yılını okuyan öğrenciler programa yerleştirildikleri yılın öğrenim ücretini ödeyeceklerdir.
Vize gecikmelerinden veya başka sebeplerden Türkiye’ye giriş yapamayan adayların yerine vekalet ile başka biri kayıt işlemlerini yapabilir.
Öğrencilerin denklik için başvuru yaptıklarına dair belge getirmeleri gerekmektedir. Denklik Belgesi edinme süreci zaman aldığından öğrencilere Denklik Belgelerini 15 Ekim 2018 tarihine kadar getirmeleri gerekmektedir. 15 Ekime 2018’e kadar belge getirmeyen adayların kayıtları iptal edilecektir. Bu öğrencilerin Denklik Belgesi Geç Getirecekler için Taahütname imzalayıp getirmeleri gerekmektedir.

Students must pay 2018/2019 Fall Term education tuition(Half of the Yearly Tuition) to HALKBANK with their student number to complete their registration.
Students who have applied with their SAT scores must send their CollageBoard Username and password for verification of their scores to admisson@ybu.edu.trbefore registration dates. Those who do not want to share their username and password must come with their valid username and password for verification in the Office, which may take your time before registration. Therefore, sending username and password before registration date to the related mail adress is advised.
The student in whose education tuition payment you see B.K.K 3/2 are not expected to pay education fee in the first year of the language preparatory class and in normal duration of their programmes. Those who extend the duration of their programmes and who study language preparatory class in the second year will be required to pay the education tuition belonging to the year of registration.
Those who will not be able to come to Turkey in registration days due to some excuses, must give power of attorney to somebody else to complete their registrations.
The applicants who do not have High School Accreditation document from Turkish Ministry of Education, are expected to apply Ministry of Education in Beşevler to get the document before coming to registration. They will provide you with the application document which will be enough for registration in the first phase. Later on, these students are expected to submit their High School Accreditation document by 15 Ocatober 2018 otherwise their registrations will be cancelled. These students will sign the Highschool Accreditation Document Form belov and bring it in registration days.
