Under Law No. 1416 on Students to Be Sent Abroad, scholarship students are sent overseas for postgraduate education in return for compulsory service, with the aim of meeting the qualified human resource needs of higher education institutions (academic staff) and public institutions and organizations.
Accordingly, in 2025, 811 students will be sent abroad to pursue their studies with official scholarship status. Applications will be accepted between 19–30 December 2025.
