Dear Students,

Course registration procedures will be carried out online through the Student Affairs Information System on the dates specified below. Students enrolled in the Preparatory Class are not required to register for courses. Accordingly;

- For Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree programs (excluding the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry): September 14–16, 2026,

- For Graduate programs: September 13–16, 2026

Course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be completed by the students themselves by following the steps listed below. For course registration and ECTS credit limits, as well as other provisions, students may consult the relevant regulations. Students who are required to pay a contribution fee/tuition fee must complete their payment first and then proceed with course registration.

Course Registration Steps

  1. Log in to the Student Affairs Information System using your username (student number) and password.

  2. Follow the tabs Course and Semester Procedures > Course Registration > Class Courses – Semester Courses – Curriculum Non-Departmental Courses, select your courses, and confirm your registration.

  3. Course registration approval requests will be reviewed and approved by the student’s academic advisor through the Academic Information System.

  4. Students whose course registration contains any missing information or errors may make the necessary corrections through their academic advisor during the course registration period.

  5. Students who do not complete or are unable to complete their course registration will be considered not to have renewed their registration for the relevant semester. Even if such students attend classes and take examinations, their attendance and examinations will be considered invalid.

  6. Registration for courses that have not been approved by the academic advisor will be considered incomplete. Therefore, in order to avoid any problems during the process, it is important that our students carry out their course registration and registration approval procedures in communication with their academic advisors.

  7. Students who do not complete their course registration within the dates specified above will not be able to register for or add/drop courses during the Add/Drop period. Therefore, students are required to complete their procedures within the specified time to avoid any inconvenience.

Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee Payments

Students who have exceeded the normal period of study, who have been admitted under the international student admission quota, who are enrolled in a second university, who are completing an undergraduate degree, or who are enrolled in a Non-Thesis Master’s Program or an evening education program must first pay their contribution fee/tuition fee in order to register for courses.

Students in this situation may pay the contribution fee/tuition fee specified in the Student Affairs Information System for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year until September 17, 2026 for Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree programs, without an account number, using only their student number. Payments can be made at Halkbank branches, via internet banking, or through ATMs under the “Education Payments” section.

We wish you a healthy and successful academic semester.
