Dear Students,
Course registration procedures will be carried out online via the Student Affairs Information System on the dates specified below. Students enrolled in the preparatory class will not register for courses. Accordingly;
-
For Associate Degree / Undergraduate programs (excluding the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry); 02–04 February 2026,
-
For Graduate programs; 29 January – 04 February 2026
Course registration procedures for the 2025–2026 Academic Year spring semester will be completed by students themselves on the specified dates by following the steps listed below. Relevant regulations may be reviewed for course registration and ECTS credit limits and other provisions. Students who are required to pay a contribution fee/tuition fee must first complete the payment process and then proceed with course registration.
Course Registration Steps
-
Log in to the Student Affairs Information System using your username (student number) and password.
-
Select and approve your courses by following the tabs Course and Semester Procedures > Course Registration > Class Courses - Semester Courses - Curriculum Non-Departmental Courses.
-
Course registration approval requests will be checked and approved by the student’s advisor via the Academic Information System.
-
Students who have missing or incorrect course registrations may make the necessary corrections through their advisor within the course registration period.
-
A student who does not complete or finalize course registration is considered not to have renewed their registration for the relevant semester, and even if the student attends classes and takes exams, attendance status and exams will be deemed invalid.
-
Registration for courses not approved by the advisor shall be considered incomplete. Therefore, in order to avoid any problems during the process, it is important for our students to carry out course registration and approval procedures in communication with their advisors.
-
Students who do not complete course registration on the above-mentioned dates will not be able to register for courses or make add/drop transactions during the Add/Drop period. To avoid any inconvenience, students must complete their procedures on time.
Contribution Fee / Tuition Fee Payments
Students who exceed the normal period of study, are admitted under international student admission, are enrolled in a second university, have completed an undergraduate degree, or are continuing in a Non-Thesis Master’s Program or evening education must first pay the contribution fee/tuition fee in order to register for courses. Students in this situation may pay the contribution fee/tuition fee specified in the SIS for the 2025–2026 Academic Year spring semester for Associate Degree / Undergraduate / Graduate programs until 04 February 2026, without an account number and directly using their student number, through Halk Bank branches, internet banking, or ATMs under the “Education Payments” section.
We wish you a healthy and successful academic semester.
