Announcement of Make-Up Exam Registration for the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Make-up exam registrations will be carried out in accordance with the schedule specified below and the listed rules;

1. Students who are eligible to take the final exam but could not attend it, who took the final exam but failed, or who wish to improve their grade may take the Make-Up Exam.
2. To apply for the Make-Up Exam, students must log in to the Student Information System with their username and password on the dates specified in the table below and register for the “2025–2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Make-Up Exam” via the menu “Course and Semester Procedures > Make-Up Registration.”
3. Once any course is added from the “Available Courses” list to the “Selected Courses” list, the make-up exam registration for that course is completed without the need for any further action. Only courses whose exams have been finalized are displayed on the make-up registration screen; therefore, students may apply after the results of the course(s) they wish to take the exam for have been finalized.
4. Since selected courses cannot be removed after make-up exam registration, students must ensure that they complete the make-up registration process only for the course(s) they intend to take the exam for. If a student does not attend the make-up exam for a registered course, the make-up exam grade will be recorded as “GR (Did Not Attend)”, and the final exam grade will remain valid.
5. As make-up exams will be conducted based on the make-up registration list, it is important to complete your registration within the specified period.
