Announcement of the Three-Course Graduation Exam for Associate and Undergraduate Programs – Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The Three-Course Graduation Exam will be conducted in accordance with the schedule specified below and the listed principles;

1. Applications must be submitted to the relevant academic unit by the deadline specified in the schedule using the “Three-Course Graduation Exam Application Form.”
2. A one-time exam right is granted—no later than the beginning of the following semester/year—for a maximum of three failed courses that are included in the GPA (AGNO), to students who, excluding internship and workplace vocational training, have successfully completed all other courses of their program up to the final semester/year in accordance with the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations, have fulfilled all program requirements, and have a GPA (AGNO) of 2.00 or higher.For the Faculty of Medicine, this period extends until the family medicine term/internship training.The Three-Course Graduation Exam is not applied in the Faculty of Dentistry.
3. Failed courses are courses that were taken with the attendance requirement fulfilled but resulted in failure.
4. Students cannot take the Three-Course Graduation Exam for courses with a DZ letter grade or for courses that have never been taken.
5. Students who did not receive FF or FD grades in the final semester/year but whose GPA (AGNO) has fallen below 2.00 may take the exam for up to three courses in which they received DD, DC, or CC grades in the last two semesters/years. These exam rights are used during the course registration week at the beginning of the following semester/year. No make-up exam is offered for students who do not take this exam.
6. Students who fail these exams must re-register for and take the failed course(s) in the first semester in which they are offered.
7. The grade obtained in this exam is valid and will be recorded on the transcript.
8. The minimum passing letter grade is CC.
