Registration Announcement for Students Placed at Our University for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) Additional Placement

Dear Students,

Welcome to the AYBU family! It is important that you carefully review the following points and registration dates in order to complete your university enrollment.

1. Please read our registration guide carefully, as it contains all the details related to the registration process.
2. Student registrations are carried out through the E-Government (E-Devlet) system. No documents are required from students who complete their registration via E-Devlet. The registration made through this system is considered official, and there is no need to come to our university in person.
3. Students who are not eligible to register via E-Government must scan and send the required documents completely to ykskayit@aybu.edu.tr within the dates specified in the guide.
4. Please apply to our School of Foreign Languages for the English Preparatory Class.
5. Please apply to our Faculty of Theology for the Arabic Preparatory Class.
6. If you have any Credit Transfer or Course Exemption (Course Exemption) requests, please apply online immediately after completing your final registration through Student Information System > Course Exemption Application > Course Exemption Application > Vertical Transfer. You must attach course descriptions and transcripts (official documents from your previous institution that can be verified for authenticity).
7. Students enrolled in the Preparatory Class will be able to apply for Credit Transfer and Course Exemption after advancing to the first year.
