Welcome to the AYBU family! Please read our registration guide carefully, as it contains important details regarding your enrollment.
The university registration process is carried out through the E-Government (E-Devlet) system. The 2025–2026 Academic Year at our university began on September 22, 2025. To ensure that you complete your university and course registration in time to start your studies in the fall semester without losing a term, please pay close attention to the following points and registration dates.
Students who complete their registration via the E-Government system are not required to submit any documents. The registration completed through this system is considered final, and there is no need to visit the university in person.
Students who are not eligible to register through the E-Government system must scan the required documents in PDF format and send them completely to ykskayit@aybu.edu.tr within the dates specified in the registration guide.
Information guides regarding the Student Information System, course registration, and other academic procedures will be sent to students’ email addresses. Additionally, important dates and information are summarized below. If you experience any issues, please contact us using the phone numbers provided.
