Registration Dates: September 23–29, 2025 (The registration period will end at 5:00 PM.)
Course Registration Dates: September 27–30, 2025 (Course registration will be available through the Student Information System during these dates.)

Documents Required for Registration via E-mail
- High School Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate (can be obtained via e-Government)
- Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record Certificate showing no criminal record (can be obtained via e-Government)
- Health Board Report stating “There is no obstacle to studying in practical sports programs at universities.”
- 2025 ÖZYES Placement Result Document
- National ID Card with Turkish ID Number
