Candidates who have been officially notified by YÖK as being placed as foreign government/Turkey scholarship students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year and will be studying in undergraduate programs must first create a new account in the system using the link provided below. Following this, candidates must log into the system and complete the "Students Placed by YÖK as Scholarship Students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year" form and submit it, along with the required documents, to the Registration Office of the Student Affairs Department, Block A, Etlik Milli İrade Building. Those who will be studying in graduate (master’s or doctoral) programs must apply to the relevant Institute Directorates listed in the contact addresses below.
