"When I started the mentorship program in March 2025, I realized the importance of taking initiative. This accelerated my growth by allowing me to take deliberate steps. With the guidance of our trainer, Dr. Hatice Karaaslan, and my mentor, Arzu Zahid, I went beyond the resources they suggested and conducted my own research. For example, I found and reviewed additional articles on several topics, gaining new perspectives. I learned to take initiative at the right time and ask questions. As a result, my confidence grew, and I adopted an active approach throughout the mentorship process."
