
The event titled “Library 5.0: The New Generation of Knowledge – Digital Resource Promotion Days”, organized by the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Library and Documentation Department, will be held between March 31 – April 2, 2026.
As part of Library Week, these events will offer training sessions on the effective use of academic databases for our university’s academic and administrative staff, as well as students. Digital resource providers covering all disciplines will introduce their databases, and participants will be shown—through practical demonstrations—how to benefit from these resources in their research processes.
Within the scope of the event program, the training sessions will be organized as faculty-specific sessions. It is aimed that participants gain comprehensive knowledge about various digital resources that they can utilize in their academic research.
Additionally, during the event, participants will have the chance to win 5 tablets, 6 wireless headphones, thermoses, and various surprise gifts through raffles. Each session will include its own raffle. The trainings will be conducted in five sessions, and students who complete the designated Google Forms will be eligible to participate in the raffles.
Raffle participation requirements:
- Being an AYBU student
- Following the @aybukutuphane Instagram account
- Being physically present in the hall where the training sessions are held during the raffle (Participants who are not present at the time of the raffle will forfeit their rights, and winners will be selected from substitute participants.)
