Open Access for Türkiye- What You Need to Know, from How to Publish your article to getting funded

The Transformative Agreement (TA) signed between Springer Nature and TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM has come into effect as of January 1, 2026.
More than 200 institutions are included in this agreement between Springer Nature and TÜBİTAK. Under the Transformative Agreement, corresponding authors affiliated with participating institutions are eligible to publish their articles as Open Access in Springer Nature’s hybrid journal portfolio, with the article processing charges covered.
In addition, researchers from participating institutions will have access to journal content across the Springer Nature portfolio, including Springer, Adis, Palgrave, Academic Journals, and Nature titles.
