A meeting was held on Friday, 05.03.2021, with the participation of the Quality Commission Members and our Unit Quality Representatives, within the scope of the 2020 Institutional Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Studies over AYBUZEM.
Opening of the meeting held under the chairmanship of our Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim AYDINLI, Head of Higher Education Quality Board Prof. Dr. Muzaffer ELMAS also attended the meeting and made a presentation on the importance of quality studies.
Our Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Erol ARCAKLIOĞLU gave a general briefing that the information, documents and data required to be obtained from academic and administrative units for the preparation of our 2020 Institutional Self Evaluation Report (ISER) will be collected through ORVIKS, our Deputy Quality Coordinators Keziban AVCI and Prof.Dr. Hasan Engin ŞENER provided information on the issues to be considered in the preparation of ISER and the qualifications of the evidence to be presented in the report.
Afterwards, Branch Manager Şeyma ÖZAYDIN made a presentation on how information, evidence and data entry should be made to the Internal Control, Quality and Information Management System ORVIKS. The online meeting held with the participation of 150 staff from our academic and administrative units, It ended with the closing speech of Prof. Dr. İbrahim AYDINLI, in which he emphasized that the quality studies carried out at our University are maintained by a strengthened Quality Commission and the importance of its dissemination
