Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU) has achieved a significant accomplishment in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings – Business & Economics Subject Area. The university ranks 3rd among universities in Ankara, once again demonstrating its research quality and academic performance on an international scale. These results indicate that the AYBU Faculty of Business has shown strong progress particularly in research output, academic impact, and international visibility. With a subject score of 53.2 in Business & Economics, the faculty outperformed Hacettepe University and Ankara University, drawing attention with its performance in research quality and international outlook indicators. AYBU is placed in the 801–1001 global ranking band in the Business & Economics field and ranks 12th in Turkey in this subject area in terms of research quality and international outlook. In the same subject ranking, the university stands at 16th place nationally in Turkey.
