H2TEAM and the International Journal of Energy Horizon have celebrated their first anniversary.

The Hydrogen Technologies and Energy Application and Research Center (H2TEAM), together with the International Journal of Energy Horizon (IJEH)—which began its publication activities under the auspices of the Center—has marked the completion of its first year of establishment. On this occasion, a celebratory event was held with the participation of the Center’s academic staff and researchers to commemorate the publication of the second issue of the journal.

Over the past year since its establishment, the journal has developed a consistent and rigorous publication policy aimed at bringing together high-quality scientific studies in the field of energy. Within this framework, the second online publication cycle has also been successfully completed. Having become a significant academic platform in a short period of time, the journal continues to contribute to interdisciplinary energy research.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Prof. Dr. Hasan Özcan, Editor of the Journal; Prof. Dr. Kamil Arslan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Begüm Ünveroğlu Abdioğlu, Associate Editors; as well as Research Assistants Ahmed Emin Kılıç, Alperen Çankaya, Furkan Çetiner, and Sefa Şahin, who have carried out the editorial secretariat processes with great dedication.

During the past year, H2TEAM has initiated numerous national and international research projects, the outcomes of which have begun to materialize in the form of academic publications, graduate theses, and tangible technological outputs. The Center considers not only the production of scientific knowledge but also its translation into practical applications and societal benefit as one of its core objectives.

In the coming period, H2TEAM aims to continue its activities with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, while further contributing scientifically and technologically to the country’s green transition goals. In this context, all academics and researchers working within the Center are sincerely congratulated, and continued success is warmly wished.
