Fuel Cells Lecture was Practiced in Hydrogen Laboratory

On Monday, February 10, 2024, the “Fuel Cell Technologies” course was held practically at the Hydrogen Technologies and Energy Application and Research Center. In this context, students had the opportunity to closely examine the devices in the Hydrogen Technologies Laboratory and get detailed information.

The laboratory training provided comprehensive information about the basic components of a fuel cell and their functions. They were also given preliminary information on topics such as the PEM Fuel Cell and the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC), which will be covered in the upcoming courses. In addition, detailed explanations were given on how to test a fuel cell and what to look out for in experiments.

This hands-on training allowed the students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practice, while gaining a better understanding of the role of hydrogen technologies in industry. At the same time, it increased students' interest in research and development processes, paving the way for them to contribute to innovative projects in this field in the future. By emphasizing the critical importance of hydrogen in sustainable energy systems, students were supported to gain awareness of current developments in the sector.
