Hydrogen Technologies Course was Practically Realised in Laboratory

On Monday 28 October 2024, the ‘Hydrogen Technologies’ course was held in the Hydrogen Technologies and Energy Application and Research Centre. Within the scope of the course, students had the opportunity to get detailed information about the devices in the Hydrogen Technologies Laboratory.

The training in the laboratory environment provided the students with the opportunity to refresh the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) and PEM Electrolyser topics covered in the lectures. In addition, preliminary information on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC), which will be covered in future courses, was also provided.

This practical course not only increased the importance and awareness of hydrogen technologies, but also contributed to the students' development of new ideas in the postgraduate period. By combining their theoretical knowledge with practice, the students gained a deeper understanding of the sector and better grasped the future potential of hydrogen technologies.
