Information on Internship Presentations

Dear Students,

As part of the internship evaluation process, each student is required to give a short presentation summarizing their actual experiences and accomplishments during their summer internship.

The main goal of this presentation is to understand what you personally did and learned during your internship, rather than general information about the company.

Presentation Details

Duration: 5 minutes presentation + 3–5 minutes Q&A

Format: Use the attached presentation template to ensure consistency and focus.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Specific tasks or projects you worked on
  • Tools, methods, or technologies used  
  • Challenges faced and how you addressed them
  • Key learnings and reflections

Please submit your presentation file before your scheduled presentation date.

Evaluation

Your presentation will be evaluated based on clarity, relevance, and your ability to answer questions.

A detailed evaluation rubric (out of 100 points) will be used, focusing on your actual internship experience and presentation skills.

NOTE: Generic or vague presentations may raise concerns about internship validity. Please ensure your content reflects your personal involvement and learning.

NOTE: The internship evaluation will be based 50% on the presentation and 50% on the internship report.

NOTE: Each student must be present at the designated time and date, with their internship report, relevant forms, and presentation file, to meet with the assigned supervisor.
