Assist. Prof. Dr. Metin Öztürk, a faculty member of our department, participated in the IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC), one of the leading conferences of the IEEE Communications Society, held this year in Milan, Italy, with the participation of prominent researchers from around the world in the field of telecommunications.
During the conference, Dr. Öztürk presented his paper titled “Multi-Layer Network Formation Through HAPS Base Station and Transmissive RIS-Equipped UAV” and served as the session chair for the “Federated Learning II” session.
