Our students who want to take the ENGR 450 – Engineering on Site course in the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and meet the following criteria must send their application documents to their advisors' e-mail addresses by 06.10.2023.

Our students who want to take the ENGR 450 – Engineering on Site course in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year and meet the following criteria must send their application documents to their advisors' e-mail addresses by 09.02.2024.

Application criteria:
 

- For whatever reason, the candidate engineer will not have any remaining courses from the first two years (1st and 2nd). Not having classes below the 4th grade.

- The candidate engineer can take a maximum of 2 courses from the 3rd year during the period in which he/she will take the ENGR450 course.
- Having a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75. (Updated - 24th January)
- There must be at least 1 electrical and/or electronics engineer working in the contracted company.
- There must be a total of at least 3 engineers working in the contracted company.
- Must work at the company at least two days a week.

Application documents:
 

Current transcript.
- Receivables from the contracted company and;
- The company accepts the relevant student (must include student name, surname and ID number information),
- Between which dates the student will work in the company,
- How many working days per week the student will work,
- Brief introduction of the company and the number of engineers it currently employs (detailed: 3 electrical-electronics engineers, 2 mechanical engineers, etc.),
signed and stamped document declaring.

 

Application documents will be scanned and sent to the e-mail addresses of their advisors. Students whose applications are accepted will hand-deliver the original documents to the Department Head after the announcement of their acceptance. During the application phase, please do not try to deliver the documents by hand, documents will not be accepted by hand.

 

Note: There is no quota for the course.
