PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To act in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institution and organization to which he/she applies and to act with the awareness that he/she is a part of the diagnosis and treatment team with a participatory approach,
To provide his/her complaints, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions, current medications, if any, and health-related information as completely and accurately as possible,
To come for check-ups at the times determined by the physician and to provide feedback on the course of treatment,
To comply with the appointment date and time and to report any changes to the relevant person,
To respect the rights of patients who are given priority according to the relevant legislation and other patients and personnel,
To not engage in verbal and physical aggression towards personnel,
To contact the patient communication unit when he/she thinks his/her rights are being violated or when he/she experiences a problem.
